Terms and Conditions Agreement between User and www.dreamcatchercurriculum.com
Welcome to www.dreamcatchercurriculum.com. The www.dreamcatchercurriculum.com website (the "Site") is comprised of various web pages operated by DreamCatcher Curriculum, LLC. ("DreamCatcher Curriculum"). www.dreamcatchercurriculum.com is offered to you conditioned on your acceptance without modification of the terms, conditions, and notices contained herein (the "Terms"). DreamCatcher Curriculum sells pre-printed and digital "workshops" for educational groups and programs. The pre-printed curriculum is a physical product that is shipped, while the digital curriculum is a link that is distributed via email.

Privacy Policy: DreamCatcher Curriculum, LLC is in the business of assisting college-bound students and student assistance programs and institutions by providing relevant information on the topics listed on the website. We value our customers and promise that we will keep your personal information confidential. We collect information about our customers only to conduct business and offer products that might be of interest to you and/or the program by which you are employed. DreamCatcher Curriculum, LLC will not inundate you with e-mail, mail, or phone calls, nor will we sell your name to another company. If you don’t want to receive e-mail from us, please let us know and we will honor your request.

Cancellation/Refund Policy: All sales are final. Printed curriculum may be exchanged within 7 days; only unopened packets will be accepted. Return shipping fees are the responsibility of the purchaser.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, this agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Arkansas and you hereby consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of courts in Arkansas in all disputes arising out of or relating to the use of the Site. DreamCatcher Curriculum's performance of this agreement is subject to existing laws and legal process, and nothing contained in this agreement is in derogation of DreamCatcher Curriculum's right to comply with governmental, court and law enforcement requests or requirements relating to your use of the Site or information provided to or gathered by DreamCatcher Curriculum with respect to such use. It is the express wish to the parties that this agreement and all related documents be written in English.
